ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

**RV must be at least a 2000 model or    newer, and in good condition.

Proof of registration & insurance is required.

      Any RV older than 2000 requires

          prior Management Approval

All of our Lease Term Agreements are for a

                    MINIMUM of 1 YEAR

             For terms LESS than 1 year

       Management Approval is Required

All Residents and Guests agree to all 

Park Rules and Regulations.

  Violations will result in lease termination

In addition to our Park Rules and Regulations ALL Residents and Guests agree to our  Waiver and Release of Liability while using our boat docks and boat ramp.

In addition to our Park Rules and Regulations ALL Residents and Guests agree to our Waiver and Release of Liability while using our facilities for fishing or any recreational activities.

We are a Pet Friendly Park however there are a few requirements:

• ALL pets require a signed Pet Agreement 
• NO PET is allowed in the park without prior management approval
• Current vaccination card required for ALL approved park pets.
• Additional Security Deposit is required, for each pet, when renting any park owned unit.
